植物GDSL脂肪酶家族研究进展

摘 要:

GDSL脂肪酶是一种新的脂肪酶家族成员, 由于对其研究起步较晚, 尤其是对植物GDSL脂肪酶的研究较少, 因此对它们的很多功能和特点的研究还不够深入。近年来的研究表明, GDSL脂肪酶催化位点非常灵活, 在与底物结合后其构象会改变, 因此, 该类酶具有多种潜在的功能。目前, 已经克隆和鉴定了部分植物GDSL脂肪酶基因, 分析并鉴定了一些基因的功能。对植物中GDSL脂肪酶的功能方面研究较多的是其参与植物生长发育、油脂代谢和抗逆性反应等。文章介绍了植物中的GDSL脂肪酶在结构和生理功能等方面的研究进展。

Abstract:

The GDSL-lipase family is a new member of lipases. As these lipases are relatively new, their biological functions are not yet fully characterized, especially for plant GDSL-lipase. Recently studies showed that these hydrolytic enzymes had many potential functions with a flexible active site and variable conformation in the presence of different substrates. So far, some of the plant GDSL lipase genes have been cloned and characterized. About the physiological functions of GDSL lipases in plants, main researches are involved in plant growth, lipase metabolism and resistance. In this study, the structure and functions of GDSL lipase in plants were described.
